Thai massage is one of the ancient healing arts of traditional Thai medicine. It differs in many ways from table massage, especially since it is done on a floor mat while clothed. It is a full-body massage that incorporates motion, pressure along energy lines (Sen lines), gentle stretching and the conscious use of breath. The practitioner uses their hands, feet, arms and legs to guide the recipient into various yogic postures, while remaining focused on their own body-center. This combination of movements and focused awareness creates a slow, flow around the recipient’s body. Designed to open up the body and allow energy to flow freely along the Sen lines, which are also used in Acupuncture, Energy Medicine and Chinese Medicine to promote a similar outcome for the recipient.

Thai Massage can be used for:

  • Stretching and limbering up limbs
  • Enhance energy flow
  • Improved mental well-being
  • Increase joint mobility and flexibility
  • Improve circulation
  • Decreased cortisol levels
  • Relieve and reduce muscular and emotional tension
  • AND MORE!
